Features

PC Client Session Control

The BookingsPlus PC Client provides automated session control to ensure user sessions end on time, every time.

During sessions BookingsPlus displays a countdown clock on the PC desktop. Once the session time has fully elapsed the PCs will be either automatically logged out or restarted. BookingsPlus is compatible with Deep Freeze PC Protection where each reboot restores the computer to its desired configuration.

Flexible Scheduling & Parameters

BookingsPlus offers a range of flexible parameters and scheduling options to ensure BookingsPlus suits the unique booking requirements of the library.

It accommodates flexible or fixed bookings times, the ability to schedule recurring bookings, create express internet access PCs as well as schedule a group of PCs for a training class.

Cloud Delivered Solution

BookingsPlus is delivered as a complete Cloud SaaS solution from our Australian cloud servers.

This delivers lower up-front costs and reduced hardware infrastructure whilst providing a fast and secure service.

Multiple Booking Methods

BookingsPlus offers a range of methods for booking Public PCs including a self service web portal/kiosk for patrons, walk up for patrons to an available PC, or staff assisted web app to create bookings on behalf of patrons.

LMS Integration and Guest Bookings

BookingsPlus offers seamless integration with a range of library management systems including Aurora, Koha, Libero, SirsiDynix, Spydus, WorldShare and more.

It authenticates patrons using popular protocols such as SIP2 and Web Services as well as the ability to create guest passes for visitors.

Print & Copy Payment Methods

The integrated Papercut Print & Copy Management enables patrons to pay for print & copy via prepaid top-up cards, online payment gateway or via payment kiosks

Print jobs can be released directly at the Printer/Copier when authenticated by the patron with their library barcode & PIN.

Web & BYOD Printing

Web & BYOD Printing gives patrons easy access to print PDF and image files from Chromebooks, Android, macOS, iOS, and Windows devices.

Room, Event & Game Console Bookings

BookingsPlus is more than PC Bookings and Print Management solution. It also offers room bookings, event registrations, game console bookings management, fleet vehicle booking and a RefClicker module for reference & information desk statistics
